What are the reasons for the long pause during the slider transition in a CNC bending machine? What precautions should be taken when operating the bending machine’s tools?

1. Air is drawn into the upper chamber of the oil cylinder, resulting in a long pressure-building time.

2. The filling valve or the self-priming pipeline has a small flow rate, or the slider’s rapid downward speed is too high, causing vacuum suction.

3. The filling valve is not fully closed, so the pressure in the upper chamber is decreasing slowly.

4. After the slow-down valve is energized, the filling valve will close, and the upper chamber will no longer be able to draw oil.

5. The mismatch in the neutral position of the proportional valve causes unequal openings and asynchronous movement.

6. Does the test of reducing the fast-down speed involve any pauses?

7. The magnitude of the quick-down pressure affects the closing of the filling valve; eliminate the quick-down pressure.

8. Adjustment of pressure parameters during the delay phase before advancing the tool.

9. The damping orifice in the control line of the filling valve is too small, creating a pressure differential.

10. CNC system parameters: Delay before slow down.

11. For CNC system parameters, reduce the slow-down gain parameter.
