Mechanical processing, design and manufacturing of intelligent equipment, production of molds and tooling, and maintenance services; Operation of branded products in electrical appliances, hardware, standard parts, tools, and more; leveraging the advantages of a large market with diverse product offerings, we act as agents and distributors for numerous brands including Chint, Schneider, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Great Wall, Sata, SEW, Yaboshi, STM, and Nordson. Trading in chemical reagents, laboratory instruments, and hazardous (easily controlled for drug or explosive production) chemicals (Hefei Keshen Chemical Instrument Co., Ltd.); Operation of products including oils, paints, rubber tires, coatings, printing materials, and consumables; acting as agents and distributors for brands such as Linghu and Lunan Paints, Zhengxin Tires, Jinan Yingtong, Japan Seiko Inks, Great Wall, Kunlun, Mobil, and Castrol oils; Trade in office supplies, personal protective equipment, and sanitary products, primarily featuring brands such as 3M, MSA, Sanyuan, Shuang’an, Deli, Qixin, Lenovo, Epson, and HP.

问 How has Mingyao ensured the quality of its after-sales service over the years?

Upon receiving notification from the user, our technical staff immediately responds and arranges after-sales personnel to travel to the site via the fastest available transportation to assist the user in resolving the issue. Meanwhile, our company solemnly promises to respond within one hour and have technical staff on-site to handle after-sales issues within 24 hours.

问 How long is the warranty period for Mingyao products?

① The warranty period is 18 months after delivery or 12 months of operation, whichever comes first. ② During the warranty period, if any defects, malfunctions, or component damage occur due to abnormal operation by personnel not authorized by the buyer, we will be responsible for free repair and replacement. After the warranty period, for damage to parts, we will charge only the cost of the replacement parts.
