An hydraulic convex automatic compensation system is employed to address the impact of slider deformation during the bending process on workpiece quality. The amount of compensation is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, ensuring convenience and precision.

Equipped with a fully functional back gauge mechanism, it allows for the selective control of multiple back-gauge axes. The functional components within the back gauge—such as guide rails, lead screws, and bearings—are all sourced from imported original parts, ensuring high precision in the back-gauge positioning.

The machine body features an integral welded structure, which facilitates transportation and machining while ensuring the overall precision of the machine tool.

Key components such as the machine body and sliders are analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine tool.
