You know. Anhui Precision Mechanical Parts Processing What factors are related to accuracy?

What factors are related to the machining accuracy of precision mechanical parts in Anhui?

Manufacturers’ production is closely linked to mechanical equipment. With the help of machinery, our workload, efficiency, and speed have all significantly improved. However, despite the assistance of machines and equipment, customers have extremely high standards for product quality, demanding exceptional precision even in natural processing procedures—such as the machining of precision parts.

When machining precision mechanical parts in Anhui, digital program-controlled contouring systems are widely used on milling machines. These systems—ranging from simple, reliable, and inexpensive phase-based systems to those with extensive technical capabilities—are adopted by many factories, particularly for the machining of precision parts featuring large three-dimensional surfaces. The correct control program is one of the key factors ensuring the high quality of precision part machining. For digital program-controlled phase systems, the preparation of control programs is carried out using automated programming systems, and the quality level of these programs largely depends on the cost of the programmed control software.

The machining errors arising from other manually controlled devices—including both random errors and systematic errors in the process system—account for a significant portion of all machining errors. Among these, systematic errors play the dominant role and can introduce a series of CNC machining system errors throughout the entire processing of precision parts.

For example, backlash—this results in a deadband similar to that found in machine tool transmission chains, but excludes backlash in the reverse transmission chain; the amplification factor of unstable transmission; phase errors on the control program’s band; and periodic stepwise instability in sensor feedback, whose primary manifestation is phase instability.

Anhui Precision Mechanical Parts Processing The basic principle of medium grinding

When processing precision mechanical parts in Anhui, it is first necessary to develop a machining process for the mechanical parts to ensure that each stage runs smoothly. In the processing of precision mechanical parts in Anhui, grinding is used to manufacture and machine various metal materials, enabling the production of flat surfaces, internal and external cylindrical surfaces, and conical surfaces.

The entire grinding process involves using inorganic acid abrasives embedded in the grinding tool to perform microanalysis and drilling on steel parts. This process encompasses a complex interplay of physical and organic chemical phenomena. Since the material of the grinding tool is softer than that of the steel part being ground, the abrasive grains within the tool are either distributed on the surface of the tool or arranged in a wavy pattern to form a multi-edged matrix. As the grinding tool moves relative to the steel part, under the necessary working pressure, it performs microanalysis and drilling on the surface of the steel part.

When using chromium oxide, polyether, or other abrasives, a series of extremely thin air-oxidation films will form on the surface of the steel part. These air-oxidation films can be easily removed by grinding. Throughout the entire grinding process, the air-oxidation films are continuously and rapidly formed and repeatedly removed by the abrasive material, thereby accelerating the overall grinding process and reducing surface roughness.

The passivated abrasive grains compress the surface of the steel part, causing the raw material to deform. During the cold working process—whether through plastic deformation or continuous deformation—the peaks and valleys on the steel surface tend to flatten out, and in some cases, even tiny cutting marks may appear when the steel part fractures.

Alright, that’s all for now from the editor. Thanks for watching!
