1. Belt widths of 300–800 mm available.
2. Workbench: The standard workbenches are either 300mm-wide double-sided strip workbenches or 400x600mm aircraft-position workbenches; custom-made options are also available upon customer request. The material is high-quality plywood, 18mm thick, with a white fire-retardant laminate surface (or green anti-static rubber sheet), and featuring semi-circular wooden edging.
3. Lighting: The light fixture brackets are made of 40x40mm square tubing, with one bracket every two meters. Each 40W single lamp is equipped with a cover and features dense, full-length bilateral illumination.
4. Sockets: Use 50x50mm galvanized cable trays, with one three-way, three-hole multi-purpose socket per meter on each side.
5. Process Card: Fixed using H-shaped aluminum profiles, with one A4 plastic sleeve per meter on each side.
6. Dashboard: The same width as the belt, made of high-quality plywood 18mm thick, with a white fire-retardant panel (or green antistatic rubber sheet) applied to the surface, and featuring a semi-circular wooden trim.
7. Trachea: Use 4-inch galvanized pipes, with one quick connector per meter.
8. Customization is also available upon customer request.
